Formula 1 & DHL have contracted us to handle all transportation of equipment and personnel between races this Formula 1 2023 season. Due to the size of this request we are searching for pilots to fly between 23 destinations around the world.

How To Get Started

Click the button below and head to the FSHub website to set a free account up, and then join “ERS Formula 1 World Tour“. Each application needs manually approving so don’t worry if there’s a delay in that.  We get an email every time a new Pilot requests to join!

Download LRM - Landing Rate Monitor

This program monitors your flight progress, and can also play additional cabin sounds amongst numerous other things. It can display your landing rating on the screen upon touchdown and feeds the data in to FSHub for the Formula 1 World Tour!

Once installed, link LRM to FSHub via the Preferences Menu, enable the Virtual Operator function and re-sync the program’s front page to then see Formula 1 World Tour in the list. If it says Connected in green at the bottom, it’ll record your flight!

Once you have signed up for the Formula 1 World Tour, you can now access the Crew Portal. From here, select Manual PIREP and submit the information into the fields and submit – we look after the rest!

Join the F1 World Tour Discord

After joining our Discord make sure you go to the #role-assignments channel and select the proper icon to give yourself the F1 World Tour Pilot role. Once given the role you will be ale to view and post in all the exclusive F1 World Tour discord channels.

Every complete flight report will be pinged into the #trip-report channel within our Discord Server for us all to enjoy! Ultimately, it’s a way to bring us all together a little more, compete for some buttery smooth landings and just have a laugh with it!

In reality Formula 1 uses DHL Cargo Aircraft to transport supplies for the events but there are no aircraft restrictions in this tour. You are free to fly any aircraft or livery you want, including commercial airlines and private jets.
